About the service

The service is provided by Tobias, operating as a sole proprietorship (Webbvavaren) in Sweden. Contact: webbvavaren@gmail.com.

The service is free of charge, requires no account and no registration, and is provided as it is, without any guarantee of availability.

Your wishlist and your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you write. Do not enter sensitive personal information, other people's personal data, or content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.

The service must not be used to send unwanted messages, to harass anyone, or for automated mass usage, scraping or attempts to overload or circumvent the technical protections.

Storage and share links

Your wishlist is stored locally in your browser and inside the share links you create. We do not keep a copy in a user database, and we cannot restore a list that has been lost.

If browser data is cleared, or you switch device or browser, the list may disappear. Use the optional backup email if you want a link you can return to.

Anyone who has a share link can open the wishlist. You decide who you send it to.

The backup email

You can voluntarily enter an email address to receive a link to your wishlist. Only enter an address you have the right to use.

We cannot guarantee that an email is delivered, and links can stop working if the service changes.

Gift ideas and external links

The service can show general gift ideas with links to external websites. The ideas are generic examples and are not based on the content of your wishlist; no wishlist text, name or email address is sent to any shop.

Some links may be commercial, which means we could receive a commission if a purchase is made after following one. The price is the same for you, and such links are marked. We are not responsible for the content, prices, availability or terms of external websites.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, paused or shut down at any time, for example for maintenance or technical reasons. Functions can be added or removed.

These terms can be updated. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed.

Intellectual property

The design, text and code of the service belong to us. The content you write in your own wishlist remains yours.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost wishlists, interrupted access, failed email delivery, or indirect damage arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer legislation.

Governing law

Swedish law applies to these terms, and disputes are handled by a Swedish court, unless mandatory legislation in your country of residence states otherwise.
